Disputes

Although we primarily work with Swedish and international law of succession and family law we also undertake assignments involving other property law issues, in particular where our knowledge and experience of succession and family law comes to the fore. For instance, this may involve corporate situations, foundations or other cases involving the law of associations. This may also involve real property or other housing circumstances, and similarly also debt situations and insurance issues.

We are willing to assist both in court as well as with out-of-court settlement negotiations and mediation for all of the different kinds of dispute that may arise within our areas of practice, whether this involves inheritance disputes or other disputes relating to the law of property or other financial relations. We also deal with appeals against tax decisions.

As we regularly undertake international assignments, which often touch upon the laws of several jurisdictions, we are familiar with the complications that such cases may involve when it comes to litigation.
