Lars has served as law clerk at Attunda District Court.

After graduation, Lars worked as a consultant for JP Infonet Förlag AB, creating and servicing customized legal information services.

Lars joined the firm in April 2013 and works in inheritance law as well as the other areas of private law in which we specialize.

Johan has served as law clerk at Karlskoga District Court.

Johan joined the firm in March 2002 and works in inheritance law as well as the other areas of private law in which we specialize.

In addition to this he also teach courses in inheritance law for a wide variety of legal practitioners.

After completing her degree, Helena worked at the notary and tax department of SEB before starting at our advocate law offices in 1991, after judicial training and a short period at the Enforcement Service.

Since working at our offices, Helena has mainly worked with inheritance issues, specialising in the associated tax law problems.

After graduation, Veronika worked as an associate at Falkenborn Law Firm and then as an associate and advocate at Helios Law Firm.

Veronika joined the firm in July 2023 and works in inheritance law as well as the other areas of private law in which we specialize.

International Law studies at the University of Alberta, Canada.

Lina’s thesis, The conflict between return of a child and the child’s best interest – A study of the application of The Haague Convention of 1980 regarding International Child Abduction, was awarded first prize of ”Uppsala Law Students’ Alumni Association” for Best Thesis of 2008.

Membership: Swedish Bar Association 2016.

Following internship at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs as well as at the Consulate General of Sweden in New York, Lina for a brief period worked at the Swedish Migration Board in Uppsala. She then moved on to work at the Swedish Administrative Court.

Lina has also worked at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, handling Swedish complaints under the European Convention on Human Rights.

Prior to Lebenberg Advokatbyrå, Lina most recently held a position at the Child and School Student Representative at the Swedish Schools Inspectorate.

Lina joined our firm in August of 2012, dealing mainly with inheritance law and other private law proceedings.

Torgny Lebenberg

International Bar Association.

After training at court and a short period with the Enforcement Service, Torgny worked at the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency where his specialisation in inheritance issues was founded.

He then worked at the Government Offices of Sweden (the ministries) for several years.

He started his own practice in 1980 and since then inheritance law has been his main area of specialisation.

In 2012, he contributed with a Swedish chapter to the International Bar Association’s International Estate Planning Guide.

He has acted as instructor during full-day courses for other lawyers on the topics Complicated Estate Inventories 2013 and 2014 in both Stockholm and Gothenburg and Contesting a Will/Testament, etc in Stockholm 2018.

She also has previous experience from work as a golf instructor and sales representative.

Maja Wännström

Within the framework of the law program Maja has specialized on negotiation and mediation, EU law and private international law. During spring 2021 Maja studied i.a. Private International law, Judicial Protection in the EU and European Contract Law at Katholieke Universiteit in Leuven. Maja wrote her thesis in inheritance law under the supervision of professor Margareta Brattström, with the title “Last will and testament – so what? – A study in certain testamentary clauses.”

Parallel to her law studies Maja has worked extra at a general practice law firm in Stockholm.

Maja joined our firm in October 2021 and has since then worked with inheritance law as well as the other areas of private law in which we specialize.

Jessica Andersson

Jessica has studied advanced courses in financial family law, medical law and migration law. Alongside her studies, Jessica has worked as a case officer at the Swedish Tax Agency and has worked as a law clerk at the Administrative Court in Umeå.

Prior to Lebenberg Advokatbyrå, Jessica has finished the law clerk training programme at Nacka District Court, where she has handled criminal cases, cases not amenable to out-of court settlement as well as cases amenable to out-of court settlement, bankruptcy cases and debt enforcement matters.

Jessica joined the firm in September 2023 and has since then been working with inheritance law and other areas of private law in which we specialize.

Hannah graduated in 2018 with a high school education and has since then worked as a customer service administrator and receptionist.

Hannah joined our firm in August 2022. In her role as receptionist and administrative assistant she has daily contact with our clients and suppliers.

Heléne has, except for a shorter period of time, been with the firm since May 2009. When she joined she had several years of experience from administrative work in consultancy firms. Before starting her own business, providing services within administration and finance functions, she had worked in large international corporations as well as in smaller companies. At Lebenberg she provides administrative support to the firm’s managment.
